Code of Conduct

The Chat Room, as a meeting place, functions on mutual respect and cooperation. Computer conferencing is quite different from face-to-face communication, so please pay careful attention to the words you use.

This isn't meant to discourage spontaneity and the expression of feelings on the Chat Room, but merely to remind you of the long-term consequences of your written word. You may, from time to time, find yourself in disagreement with someone on The Chat Room. At times like this, keep in mind that it's safer, more polite, and more persuasive to take issue with that person's comments, rather than attacking them personally and hiding behind a fake identity.

Please be responsible for your own words and do not forget to respect somebody else's opinions, even if you do not agree with them. Just remember that everyone has different opinion as well as character.
